Mentor Mentee Programme

 Mentor-Mentee Program is a mentoring system where mentors, who are senior faculty members, assist their mentees, who are students, in education-related issues, career counseling, individual development, and other concerns. It is useful in enhancing academic achievement, confidence, communication, and emotional stability of students, and building up a teacher-student relationship.

  • .30 to 35 students (mentees) are assigned to a mentor (faculty) of the college for effective mentoring.
  •  Mentors are matched with their mentees, the college ensures to avoid conflicts of interest within their progress of the study.
  • Mentees can express their views, share their thoughts and problems with the mentors.
  • Mentors act as foster-parents and guide in any area of life to the mentees by providing guidance, counseling, and advice in any area of life, especially in academics as per the need expressed by the mentees.
